To ensure our work is always at its excellent standard please take the time to look through our terms and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any queries. We look forward starting works with you.
- Please can you ensure all working areas are clear of furniture/ building materials etc.
- Floors/surfaces will need to be protected if in finished condition, this is at the responsibility of the home owner/main contractor. If more convenient we can apply protection before a labour & material charge will apply.
- It is advisable that installing plaster mouldings should be carried out before decorating. If fitted to finished painted walls a touch up will be needed after works are complete.
- Ceiling roses - Electrical works must be done by an electrician before the ceiling rose is installed. This is to ensure we can thread the cable through the centre of the rose, all fittings will need to be removed prior.
- Ceiling roses - the cable will need to be in the centre of the room or in the desired position prior to installation.
- If purchasing cornice through a third party supplier, please ensure you have read their specifications and the length of their product. To avoid any incomplete areas also check their recommended allowance for waste.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit required with order - Balance on completion date. (Further stage payments may be required depending on amount of meterage.)
